For continental and world championships, the appendix plays a significant role in the tournament and play in general.
It would be interesting to include a third level of accreditation for the captains/SOTG Captains in the appendix (that is important for play)
in Europe, we hear more voices for 100% advanced accreditation, especially for senior tournaments, but the knowledge about the appendix seems blurry.
