Whenever play stops during a point for a foul, violation, contested turnover, specified turnover, contested goal, stoppage, discussion, or at the completion of a time-out, play must restart as quickly as possible with a check.

Regarding the check if a turnover occurs and the disc goes out of bounds and the thrower retrieves the disc from out of bounds are they required to check the disc in with a ground tap or is it sufficient to establish a pivot to start play.
