Happy with the addition of A6.2.2.3, but it should be a repull and not an offside. The purpose of adding the gender pulling was to promote gender equity. With the offside rule, teams are still free (although it would be unspirited) to let the wrong gender pull if it benefits them (ie you have no pullers from one gender who can pull it passed the brickmark so you let the wrong gender pull so it benefits you). With a repull, you ensure that the right gender always pulls, even when you make a mistake in which gender pulls. Also it makes sure that the rule cannot be misused by teams.
