Could be cool to have offense be able to tall tactical time-outs. 30-45 second time out in which only the 7 players on the field get together to quickly call a play. I understand removing time-outs to speed up the game, but this also reduces the opportunity for tactical adjustments during a point, so might be a nice addition to consider short tactical time-outs.
