    In the Pick call rule:
    -The defensive player was prevented from moving towards his mark by “Another/Obstructing player”.

    Q: Does the rule Only apply if the “Another/Obstructing player” is part of the Offense Team, or does the rule also apply if the “Another/Obstructing player” is part of the Defense team as well?

    It does not matter which team the “another player” is on.
