Is pick the same thing as indirect foul?

No.

A pick can only be called by the defense. A pick does not have to involve contact between opponents. A pick can only be called if you are within 3 meters of the player you are guarding.

An indirect foul can be called by offense and defense. An indirect foul involves contact between opponents. Distance from an opponent has no bearing on an indirect foul.

If it’s caused by the defense, yes.
Pick makes the stall count maximum 6.
