However it appears in this case that the offense player involved did have a realistic chance to catch the disc.
It is unclear from the video who initiated contact, but it appears likely that both players did.
Therefore it should most likely be treated as an offsetting foul:
17.10. Offsetting Fouls:
17.10.1. If fouls are called by offensive and defensive players on the same play, the disc returns to the thrower.
17.10.2. Non incidental contact that occurs as two or more opposing players move towards a single point simultaneously should be treated as offsetting fouls.The contact here should be deemed non incidental contact as it seems likely that the offense player would have been able to catch the disc if the contact had not occurred.
Incidental contact: Any contact which is not dangerous in nature and does not affect the play.
Affect the play: A breach affects the play if the outcome of the specific play may have been meaningfully different had the breach not occurred.
