Removed the gap between “Stalling” and “One” in the stall count. Section 9.1

Is the gap just removed between “Stalling” and “One” or also between (i.e.) “Stalling” “Six” (after a stoppage of play)?

Yes. The new rules only say you should have a one second interval between the start of each number, so I believe there’s no need to pause after saying “Stalling” (no matter what number you follow it with).
