This bid shows amazing athleticism and clearly there was was no malicious intent from the offence. However, it seems to me that this play could not have been made without imitating contact making it a foul and possibly dangerous play.

To me this looks like incidental contact. The contact itself did not affect the play, and the only significant contact was legs on legs of two laid out players — nothing dangerous about that, and fairly standard at that level of play.

I re-watched after your comment and now would have to agree. I clearly did not watch the play from the final angle (later in the video). From the aerial view it seemed as if there was more significant contact between the players upper bodies and possibly between the offences right arm and the defenders head.
