Differentiation of “Fast Count” calls to provide more instant clarification

The expression Fast Count is used to call all types of ‘stall count infractions’, although it only correctly covers case 18.1.1.1.3 ‘[the marker] counts in less than one second intervals.’

But often one has to explain to the opponent that it was not ‘counting too quickly’, but for example rather forgetting to say stalling, or potentially worse, if the number was not reset correctly due to a different marking infraction before which leads to difficulties if the marker then hears that he or she also counted too fast.

I suggest introducing a more general, easily understandable and yet unambiguous term such as ‘counting’ for all other cases of 18.1.1.1 to ensure clearer communication as well as direct feedback in the situation between thrower and marker, so that the latter knows that the mistake was not due to counting too quickly.
