In the definition section under item “call” there is a call “Stall” mentioned. If this call refers to the call “stall-out” 13.1.7. then it should be changed either under 13.1.7. or under the definition.
Otherwise I don’t konw what the call “stall” means. For starting the stall count it is “stalling”…
