    2) under section 17 what is the foul of:
    2.1 ) Defensive Foul
    2.2 ) force out fouls
    2.3 ) Defensive Throwing(marking) foul
    2.4 ) Strip foul
    2.5 ) Offensive receiving foul
2.6 ) Offensive throwing (thrower) foul
    2.7 ) Blocking foul
    2.8 ) Indirect Foul
    2.9 ) Offsetting Fouls

The rules are not exactly clear in this area (we plan to fix that in the next edition).
It depends on what the play was – generally dangerous play is called on a receiving play, so in that case it is treated as an offensive/defensive receiving foul.

But another example could be if a defender was about to crash into the thrower – the thrower could get out of the way and then call “dangerous play” – that would then be treated as a Defensive Throwing Foul.
