It seems unclear how to call a marking violation without going through multiple points of the current rules set.
It would be great to clarify and highlight that rule.

Adding to that, as marking infraction rules are not recognized nor respected enough by the mark and the thrower, making marking violation easier to call would maybe ensure less marking infractions by the mark and more infraction calls by the thrower to make this rules properly respected.
