7.12 says that an out-of-bound pull can be played from the side-line OR put in play at the defending brick. There should be the option to center the disc where it went out to avoid having to move the disc *back* to the brick.
I don’t know in what scenario you’d choose to play from the side-line in that case tbh. The current rules give some room for decisions from both offense and defense which I think is neat.
