2017 Pick Decision Diagram – contest vs. uncontested

In the 2017 Pick Decision Diagram, in the scenario where { DISC THROWN > NOT completed > NOT called during/after throw > YES call affected possession }, the blue box states “Disc back to thrower. Stall max 6“. Why is there no further splitting based on whether the pick call is contested or uncontested? In some other pick scenarios, contested vs. uncontested decides whether players return to where they were when call was made -or- the defense catches up.
