Rueben, I don’t see how the ground contact section affects this latter scenario, although I appreciate the clarification; I recall an argument in the past when I (the captain) called a time out following an opposition turnover in our defending endzone, and the other team said I couldn’t because they wouldn’t know where to set their defence (which is fair).
