Well, the thrower while moving motion toward the correct pivot point passed the disc and that was intercepted. Actually thrower never really stopped moving and he was still walking to the correct pivot point. And just suddenly passed the disc.
Immediately in that moment I was arguing with dead disc rule 8.1.2, but as I’m thinking about it more I’m getting more inscure.
