And if there is a third touch by the defender, but the defender never catches the disc, this would be a travel on the defender who touched the disc three times, and how would it be resolved (since the resolutions to travel calls are based on the thrower establishing their pivot in the correct location before initiating play and in this case their is no thrower)?
